1Student/Guardian has sufficient funds (e.g. from savings or from other viable sources) to pay the programme fees or has the capability to obtain the funds by the required payment date. 

Ineligible for financial assistance.

2Student/Guardian can afford the fees but require an extended payment timeline to align with their cash flow. 

Eligible for a customised payment plan. 
IMPORTANT: If a student withdraws or is withdrawn from the programme at any time, they remain subject to the refund policy and must honour the terms of the initial payment agreement, regardless of their perception of how much of the programme or services they “utilized” or benefited from. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of the programme and fairness to other participants

3Student/Guardian has very limited or no financial capacity to pay the course fee, even with an extended payment timeline. Eligible for a full or partial scholarship review.

Students should be honest about their financial situation and not misuse the system to avoid paying or to get an unnecessary discount on programme fees. Financial assistance is designed to support those in genuine need. Misuse of the system impacts resources meant for deserving candidates.

  • The institution reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify financial circumstances for eligibility purposes.
  • Financial assistance is granted on an individual basis and cannot be transferred to other students, family members, or future enrolments.
  • Financial assistance are at the institution’s discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
  • Financial assistance requests must be submitted and approved before enrolment. Assistance cannot be granted or applied after payment has been made.
